Is the online payment secure?

All transactions carried out on our website are highly secure. An encryption system is in place to protect your personal information and payment details. Furthermore, Caron undertakes to not store any of your credit card details.

Which payment methods are accepted on the site?

 Caron offers payment by credit or debit card on our fully secure website.

The following credit/debit cards are accepted for online payment:

- Debit Card,

- Mastercard,

- Visa,

- American Express,

- PayPal,

- Apple Pay

- Klarna

When paying by card, you should provide the following information:

- the type of bank card,

- the card number,

- the card’s expiration date,

- the security code on the bank or front of the card.

It is also possible to pay for some or all of your order with a gift card.

Payments by cheque or bank transfer are not possible for security reasons.

How can I find my voucher?

 Your voucher will be sent to you via email once your order has been placed.

How can I use my voucher?

 You can input the voucher code when you confirm your order, before the payment step. This will be automatically deducted from your order total.
