1.How long do orders take to arrive?
Your items can be delivered to your usual home address or any other address provided when you order online on our website. Your items will be delivered within 5 working days of your order payment bring processed for “standard” delivery and 3 working days for express delivery, subject to the delivery service provider and current climate. We would like to remind you that delivery times are entirely the responsibility of the service provider and that this average time may vary in the current climate.
If items are not available, delivery times may be modified. For further information on this, we invite you to consult our general terms and conditions of sale and/or to contact our Customer Service.

For any order placed on our website, standard delivery in Europe via Colissimo is free from €90.
Metropolitan France: €4.50 / Free delivery on orders over €90.
United States: $70 / Free delivery on orders over $100.
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Northern Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: €9.50 / Free delivery for all orders over €90.
Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mauritius, New Caledonia, Réunion: €35 / Free delivery for all orders over €90.
Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Oman, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Saint Barthélémy, Saint Martin, Singapore, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, The French Southern Territories: €60.
For express delivery or delivery to countries outside of Europe, the delivery costs will be displayed in your shopping cart after selecting your products and providing your delivery address.
